About the Role
Our client is a multinational company that deals with the production and sale of plastic moldings mainly for the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries for all major manufacturers in this industry. They have 2 production plants – Veľký Meder (around 350 employees), Prievidza (around 80 employees)
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementation of HR strategy in accordance with group practices and policies
· Developing and monitoring HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Organization of HR administration and payroll matters according to Labor Law and other legal requirements in Slovakia, HR related communication with third parties
· Organization and management of selection and recruitment processes
· Monitoring and development of performance management cycle that drive high performance of employees (including assessment, training and development, motivation and remuneration systems)
· Development and implementation of internal and external Employer branding activities to promote the company as a desirable employer in the region
· Acting as a partner in all HR related matters to the managers of local entity and other group entities
· Management of small HR department
· Organization of administrative building cleaning and security service
· Close cooperation with other group factories HR professionals in creating and implementing of HR processes and projects
· Reporting to General Manager
Requirements:
• University degree
• Successful HR Management experience 5-10 years, preferably in an international manufacturing company
• Competence in all HR related processes (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner)
• Knowledge of Slovak legal legislation requirements related to employment
• Fluent spoken English
• Knowledge of SAP - advantage
• Leadership, influencing and communication skills
